Babel Cards Refund Policy

At Babel Cards, your satisfaction is our top priority. We hope you love your new cards, but in case you are not 100% happy with your purchases, please just get in touch and you will be offered a full refund.

Eligibility for Refund:

  1. Time Frame: Refunds can be requested within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
  2. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the refund.

Process for Requesting a Refund:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@babelcards.com. Provide your order number and the reason for the refund request.
  2. Processing Time: Once we receive your refund request and, if applicable, the returned product, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

Refund Method:

  1. Original Payment Method: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
  2. Partial Refunds: In cases where only part of a purchase is being refunded, the refund amount will be pro-rated.

Exceptions:

  1. Non-refundable Items: Free items, or other items may be marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase. These items are not eligible for a refund.
  2. Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount are final and not eligible for a refund.
  3. Customised Items: Items that are customised are not eligible for a refund.

Additional Notes:

  1. Digital Products: For digital products, access will be revoked upon the processing of a refund.
  2. Policy Changes: Babel Cards reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Purchases will be subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
